1.5 oz Oregon Spirit Distillers Bourbon
.5 oz simple syrup
fresh brewed coffee
whipping cream
Shock the glass. (Fill with hot water, let sit, and then dump.)
Add bourbon and syrup to glass and stir. Top with coffee. In squeeze bottle, shake three tablespoons of whipping cream until thick. Hold the bottle at an angle and gently squeeze so the cream sits on top of the coffee.
