1 oz Oregon Spirit Dry Gin
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz Campari
Add ingredients to a mixing vessel. Mix well until chilled. Strain into a chilled short glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
CLOVER CLUB
2 oz Oregon Spirit Dry Gin
.5 oz grenadine
.5 oz lemon juice
.75 oz egg white
Add all ingredients to a dry shaker. Shake until frothy. Add small scoop of ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
