Straight American Malt Whiskey

Oregon Spirit Distillers Malt Whiskey is distilled from two varieties of malt, 70% of which is an Oregon-grown malt and 30% of which is a hyper-local malt grown at Mecca Grade Estate Malt in Madras, OR. This whiskey is made and aged for four years on-site in Bend, Oregon. After four years of maturation in new American white oak barrels, the barrels are married and a touch of water is added to bring our whiskey to 88 proof.
