2 oz. Oregon Spirit Rye Whiskey
1 oz. Egg White
0.75 oz. Fresh Lemon
0.75 oz. Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
1. In a shaker glass with ice, add rye whiskey, egg whites, fresh lemon and maple syrup.
2. Shake and strain into a Sazerac glass.
3. Garnish with a large lemon peel.
