Absinthe rinse for glass
.75 oz Oregon Spirit Dry Gin
.75 oz Lillet
.75 oz Cointreau
.75 oz lemon juice
Rinse cocktail glass with absinthe using sprayer or adding a dash to the glass and rotating slowly. Add ingredients to shaker tin with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
