1 oz Oregon Spirit Distillers Bourbon
6 drops of Oregon Spirit Absinthe
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
Dry Shake all ingredients in shaker tin for twenty seconds. Then add ice and continue shaking for another minute. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
