1.5 oz Oregon Spirit Distillers Bourbon
.75 oz simple syrup
juice from 1⁄2 a lemon
.75 oz egg white
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients and shake vigorously. Shake until ingredients emulsify and form a layer of foam on top of the cocktail. Strain into a chilled lowball glass.
