Saturdays noon to five or by appointment 7 days a week
The distillery is able to accommodate small groups for tours and tastings. If you have a group that would enjoy a tour of the distillery and a taste of our products then contact us so we can make arrangements with you for this unique event.
All of Oregon Spirit Distillers’ fine spirits are available for sale in the tasting room.

Distiller’s Choice 2011
Distiller’s Choice Program for 2011 is sure to excite the spirit geek in you!Each month Head Distiller, Brad Irwin will be producing small distillation runs creating some very special spirits. 100 bottle batches will be released and for sale only through the tasting room at Oregon Spirit Distillers.
December – Slivovich, made with local plums from Bend’s westside neighborhood
October – Strawberry Cordial, made with fresh strawberries fermented and distilled on sight
September – Due to popular demand we bottled more Straight Bourbon for the month!
August – Straight Bourbon
July – Absinthe, traditional absinthe with wonderful anise flavor
June – White Rum, old time brown sugar and molasses recipe
May – Gin, in Oude Genever style
