RECIPES 
WHISKEY SOUR
2 oz Oregon Spirit Distillers Wheat Whiskey
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz orange juice
.5 oz simple syrup
.75 oz egg white
Add all ingredients to a dry shaker. Shake until frothy. Add a small scoop of ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into glass over fresh ice. Garnish with cherries or a lemon wedge.
WHISKEY DAISY
1.5 oz Oregon Spirit Distillers Wheat Whiskey
.5 oz simple syrup
2 dashes of grapefruit bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well until combined. Strain into a collins glass over fresh ice. Top with grapefruit juice and stir well until combined. Garnish with a grapefruit peel or slice.
