1 oz Scorpion Pepper Vodka
1 oz Coconut Milk or Half & Half
2 oz Iced Thai Tea or Chai Tea Concentrate
¾ oz Simple Syrup

I often recommend adding chai tea as a cocktail mixer ingredient, as it’s a great way to experiment with spice — and there are so many different varieties! Oregon Chai Tea is my go-to brand but Thai Tea is another that can add depth and sweetness. This is one cocktail where the flavor complexity comes from the ingredients more than the build. It’s very simple to make, and perfect for those hot summer afternoons.
