2 oz Distiller’s Choice Slivovitz
1 oz Hibiscus Juice or Sweet Puree´
½ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Lemon Juice

 

 

This deliciously tart and fruity cocktail is made with our newly released Distiller’s Choice Slivovitz Plum Brandy (available in the Tasting Room). To make, fill a pint glass with ice and add all ingredients. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist, basil, or hibiscus flower.

Webber’s Apple

1½ oz Ottis Webber Oregon Wheat Whiskey
3 oz hot cider
Brown sugar & cinnamon whipped cream
Ground cardamom

 

 

Here’s a perfect and simple hot cocktail for cold winter evenings. Combine whiskey and hot apple cider in a mug and lightly stir. (If using instant cider, use ½ packet to 3 oz hot water.) Top with whipped cream whipped with brown sugar and cinnamon to taste. Sprinkle with ground cardamom and enjoy!

1½ oz Distiller’s Choice Slivovitz
1 oz lemon
1 oz lime
½ oz simple syrup
Sugar, cinnamon and clove for rim

 

Try our new Distiller’s Choice Slivovitz! Traditionally made in Central and Eastern Europe, we created our own version of this fine plum brandy using fresh plum juice from the Willamette Valley. Slivovitz is traditionally served straight but is also excellent for use in both hot and cold cocktails, especially during the holidays. To make the Czech Sidecar, add all ingredients into shaker tin with ice and shake until cold to the touch. Strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with a mix of sugar, cinnamon and clove. Add lemon or lime wedge for garnish.
