Here are some ideas for mixing your own drinks at home using our unique spirits.
Drink Recipes
Oregon Spirit Vodka
Basil Vodka Collins
Muddle together in pint glass
1 sugar cube
The juice of a quarter lemon
2 large basil leaves
Add 2 oz Oregon Spirit Vodka and ice. Shake like you mean it.
Pour into glass, fill with more ice and top off with club soda.
Find your favorite spot to sit and relax outside. Enjoy.
Oregon Mule
1 part Oregon Spirit Vodka
Juice of half a lemon
Ginger Beer (we like to use the local’s choice, Crazy Dave’s Organic Ginger Brew)
Fill chilled mug with ice, add vodka, lemon juice and top with ginger beer
Garnish with a lemon twist. Ahhh!
Rockin’ Vodka
Fill rocks glass with ice.
Pour 2 oz Oregon Spirit Vodka over ice.

Black Mariah
Black Mariah Royale
Put 2 oz of Black Mariah in champagne flute
Fill with ice cold champagne or sparkling wine
Russian Bride
Into a shaker filled with ice pour 2 oz each of Black Mariah, Oregon Spirit Vodka and cream, add simple syrup to taste
Shake vigorously until frothy, strain and pour into martini glass, garnish with chocolate shavings or fresh berries, or both (even better!)
C.W. Irwin Straight Bourbon
Sparkling Old Fashioned
Muddle sugar cube and 1-2 dashes orange bitters in bottom of rocks glass, add ice
Pour 2 oz C.W. Irwin Straight Bourbon into glass with ice, add squeeze of orange and club soda, stir gently
Float a small amount of Black Mariah on top of drink
Merrylegs Gin
Berry Bramble
Into shaker filled with ice pour 2 oz Merrylegs Gin , lime juice from half a lime and simple syrup to taste
Strain into rocks glass filled with crushed ice
Float a small amount of Black Mariah on top of drink
