Peach Bellini with fresh puree

  • Peach Puree
  • Sparkling Wine/Prosecco

Fill bottom of champagne flute with peach puree. Add champagne.

For Puree:

  • 1 12 oz bag frozen peaches, thawed
  • 4 oz Slivovitz Plum Brandy
  • 2 oz Cointreau

Add ingredients to blender, puree. This can be frozen if you make too much!
