Peach Bellini with fresh puree
- Peach Puree
- Sparkling Wine/Prosecco
Fill bottom of champagne flute with peach puree. Add champagne.
For Puree:
- 1 12 oz bag frozen peaches, thawed
- 4 oz Slivovitz Plum Brandy
- 2 oz Cointreau
Add ingredients to blender, puree. This can be frozen if you make too much!
