“Irish” Coffee (you don’t have to be Irish)
- 1.5 oz Oregon Spirit Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Meadowlands Signature Simple Syrup
- Fresh Brewed Cofee
- Whipping Cream
Shock glass. (Fill with hot water, let sit, and then dump.)
To glass, add bourbon and syrup, stir. Top with cofee. In squeeze bottle, shake 3 tablespoons of whipping cream until thick. Holding the bottle at an angle, gently squeeze so the cream sits on top of the cofee.
