Genever 75


1½ oz Merrylegs Genever
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice

To make a great Dutch 75, first fill a shaker tin with ice, add Merrylegs, simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake well. Strain into chilled champagne flute and top with champagne, garnish with a lemon twist.
